I also liked how you lined your lower lash line with Orpheus Kohl Power Pencil, and then smudged it with the same MAC 239. The little extra definition it added to the look made it clear that you at least tried.

OK, considering that the rest of the look is so minimal, I think you made the ideal call by opting for sheer red Prepare for pleasure Cremesheen Glass.
I think the look needed some brightening up, and sheer, bright glosses like this one are good for that. Oh, and because it’s not too potently pigmented, you were able to skip lip liner.
